The bursary is available to students who are residents of Bumula Constituency. For secondary school, applicants must be enrolled in a recognized secondary school. For tertiary education, applicants must be enrolled in a recognized university, college, or TVET institution.
You can apply online through our portal during the application window. Click "Apply Now" on the homepage and select either Secondary or Tertiary bursary. Fill in the required information and upload all necessary documents.
Required documents include: copy of national ID or birth certificate, school admission letter, fee structure, parent's/guardian's ID, and any supporting documents for need assessment. Tertiary applicants also need to provide previous academic transcripts.
Application windows are announced through this website, local media, and community leaders. Typically, applications open in January and close in February. Check the countdown timer on our homepage for exact dates.
Selection is based on a comprehensive vetting process considering: academic performance, financial need, village quota system, and special considerations for vulnerable groups. The process is transparent and overseen by the NG-CDF committee.
